We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects and conform to approved samples/specifications for 180 days from delivery, unless a different period is specified for a category.

Remedies

At our option, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit for verified defects.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, and variations inherent to natural materials are excluded.

Claims Process

Report defects promptly with order details, photos, and batch/lot numbers. We may request return of samples for inspection.
