Website Content & Offers

Information on the site is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Product specs, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

Orders & Contracts

Orders (including OEM/private label) are subject to written confirmation. Purchase Orders, SOWs, or distribution agreements specify final scope, pricing, and timelines.

AI Studio (Partner Support)

AI Studio support (mockups, insights, content aids) may be bundled with qualifying projects. It is provided “as guidance” and does not replace your independent testing or due diligence.

AI Studio Pro (Consulting)

Consulting programs are delivered per separate agreement (fixed-duration projects or retainers). Deliverables, IP ownership, and confidentiality are defined in the SOW/Master Services Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks and content on the site are owned by Thai Aesthetics or licensors. Client-supplied materials remain the property of the client. Deliverable IP rights are assigned or licensed per contract; absent a written assignment, Thai Aesthetics retains underlying know‑how and tools.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the project’s purpose.

Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that products, packaging, and claims meet regulations in destination markets unless we expressly agree to manage compliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thai Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific goods/services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of products, supplied content, or non‑compliance with laws.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to enforcement elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
