Processing starts after payment and confirmation of specifications. Lead times vary by category and will be stated in quotes/POs.

Incoterms & Risk Transfer

Common terms include EXW/FOB (Bangkok/Laem Chabang) and DAP. Title and risk transfer per agreed Incoterms.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Damage & Loss

Inspect shipments on arrival and note any damage on the carrier’s proof of delivery. Notify us within 72 hours with photos for claims assistance.

Split Shipments & Backorders

We may split shipments for efficiency unless your PO specifies otherwise.

Address Changes & Refusals

Changes after dispatch or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
