Our business is primarily B2B. Returns are limited and subject to the terms below and your contract.

Standard Branded Products

  • Inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of defects within 7 days.
    • Returns require a written RMA. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
    • A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for non‑defective returns approved as an exception.

OEM / Private Label / Custom Items

Custom-made goods are non‑returnable except for verified manufacturing defects or non‑conformance to approved samples/SOW. We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt/inspection. Shipping, duties, and bank fees are non‑refundable unless legally required.

AI Studio / Digital Deliverables

Consulting time and digital deliverables are non‑returnable; any remedy will be provided through revisions per the SOW.
