We accept bank transfer (TT), LC (for larger orders), and selected cards/PayPal for smaller transactions via secure processors.

Terms

  • Standard: 50% advance on order, balance before shipment (or against documents for LC).
    • AI Studio Pro retainers: invoiced monthly in advance; fixed‑duration projects: 50/50 or milestone billing per SOW.
    • All bank charges are borne by the payer unless agreed.

Currency & Taxes

Quotes are typically in USD or THB; taxes are applied as required by law.

Late Payments

Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum permitted by law). We may suspend services until payment clears.

Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as unpaid invoices and may incur administrative fees.
